サロンのゲストの皆さんから紅茶に詳しくなるために参考になる本は？と聞かれることがあります。今年一押しの本は、日本文芸者から出版されている 「紅茶図鑑」 私が大好きな広尾LAWLEYSショップオーナーでもある谷口安宏さん監修。私も約10年間多くのメーカー、種類をいただいてきましたが、殆ど日本で入手することが可能な茶葉は紹介されているほどの、131ブランド800点の豊富さです。
まさに図鑑に相応しい最高な一冊です！
