Nachtmann(ナハトマン)

Nanako-chanから結婚のお祝いにいただいたのは、Nachtmann(ナハトマン)　ダンシングスターシリーズ　ジャズチャージャープレートのレッド32cm。約10年前、ドイツ最大のデパート、ベルリン市内にある「KaDeWe（カーデーベー）」で出会ったときから、ずっと気になっていたドイツのバイエルン地方で誕生したクリスタルメーカー。デザインもカラーも素敵♪で、葉っぱや、ハートの形の食器もテーブルを楽しませてくれそう。

カルパッチョとかを綺麗に盛りたかったのですが、早く使いたくなり、今夜のお料理で使ってみました。FAUCHONで買ってきたフランスパン。お料理にあってないですが、とってもキュートなお皿です♪

今夜のメニューは、旦那様が大好きな、ポークチョップ＆ハンバーグにクレソンとトマトを添えました。平日の夜に、ちょっと作りすぎ！？ですよね。旦那様は、満面な笑みで、間食♪してしまいますが、カロリーもエンゲル係数も高すぎますね（＾＾）
