ヒルズクラブ披露宴　こだわりのポイント

ウェディングケーキは、ヴァンクリーフ＆アーペルをイメージして、ハート型を4つにし、ケーキ底辺はシルバーのアラザンで縁取りしました。特にパティシエさんにリクエストしたのは、ケーキの角度、高さがあるケーキでないタイプにしたかったものの、平面では、ゲストの皆様からは、白い側面しか見えず、残念・・・なので、可能な限り、ゲスト側の手前のスポンジの角度を低くし、新郎新婦側を高くし、高低差をつけていただきました。ラズベリーぎっしりで、美味しそうで、ケーキ入刀をするのがもったいないほどの素晴らしい作品でした。

セッティングのテーマは「純白」。スタイリッシュで、モダンな六本木ヒルズクラブですが、クラシックとうまく融合させたく、「純白」にこだわり、テーブルクロス、ナフキンは、白。花材はすべて白いバラを使用することで、バラの美しさや、エレガントさを演出しました。

『テーブル』には、26cmボールスタイルのガラスに、浮き花として、大きなROSE White「ティケネ」だけにしました。このアイディアは、パリのフォーシーズンホテルで生けてあったのをベースに、中央にキャンドルをいれていただきました。

ゲストの目線をさえぎらないよう、「スプレーウィット」で大きなボールに流れをだしていただきました。

『メニュー』には、「レモンリーフ」を１枚敷き、その上に「スプレーウィット」の花の大きめなものを乗せていただきました。

『メインテーブルフラワー』は、「ティケネ」、「スプレーウィット」、「レモンリーフ」、「アバランチェ」、「カルトブランシュ」、「グリーンアイス」「キャンドル」で装飾。

『会場入り口のウェルカムフラワー』は、ガラスシリンダーにてアレンジした「スプレーウィット」でお出迎えさせていただきました。

『ブーケ』は、麻布セントメアリー教会でお願いしましたが、白のバラをベースに淡いピンクのバラを少しまぜ、キャスケードタイプ。

お花はどれも、ゲストの皆様から大好評で、会終了後、お花の名前を数名のゲストから聞かれたほどです。私が大好きなバラに囲まれ、「スプレーウィット」を、女性ゲストの皆様にお持ち帰りいただけ、おすそ分けできたこと、お帰り後も余韻を楽しんでいただけたと思います。イメージどおり会場装飾ができ、大満足でした。
