パリのスイーツ
毎日のようにいただいていたのは、マカロン。
Laduree（ラデュレ）
1862年創業、パリ市内に5つの支店を持つ、有名なお店ですが、特にシャンゼリゼ通りにあるショップでは、１階がショップ、2階がティーサロンになっており、インテリアは重厚で華やかな空間。
ピスタチオ・フランボワーズ・キャラメルが特にお気に入り。ピスタチオは甘さのバランスが絶妙。フランボワーズは、サンドしているジャムがベリーのプチプチっとした食感が楽しめ、キャラメルは、粘り気のあるクリームがなんともいえず、表面のさくっとした生地とあい、絶品です。甘すぎず、癖になってしまいました☆日本では1個ずつお値段がついておりますが、パリでは量り売り。中にサンドするクリームやジャムで重さも違いますよね。
ショーウィンドウもとってもラブリーです。
帰国前にSaki-chanにショーウィンドウに飾ってあるGoodsをプレゼントしていただきました。バレエのレッスンで使わせていただきます。ありがとう♪
