ヒルズクラブのお食事

ある週末、土曜日はフレンチ。日曜日は和食と、2日間連日、六本木ヒルズクラブで、お食事をしました。

まずは、フレンチのコース。

料理長も婚約されていらっしゃるとのことで、お料理も力がはいってしまうそうです♪HYAKUMI-ANの個室でいただいた会席のコース。

先付け：　松葉蟹　胡瓜　若布　生姜酢

御椀：　帆立貝葛打　扇面蕪　鶯菜　人参　柚子

造り：　伊勢海老生揚　鮪

焼物：　鰤味噌幽庵焼　紅白はます　揚海老芋　笹巻寿司

温物：　慈姑豆腐の茶碗蒸し　菜の花　椎茸

強肴：　和牛ステーキ　野菜サラダ

食事：　鯛ご飯　香の物　赤出汁

水菓子：　フルーツ色々　白ワインゼリー掛け

2日間それも、おめでたいコースを用意していただいたのは、5月に予定しております披露宴会場が「六本木ヒルズクラブ」さんで、年内からお打ち合わせをスタートしています。先週は、招待状のお打ち合わせをし、ただいま初稿待ち（お願いした印刷の試し刷り中）です。紙質もデザインもこだわっていますので、楽しみ♪手元にくるのが待ち遠しい毎日です。挙式は、「麻布セントメアリー教会」さんで、ドレスも決めております。少しずつご紹介させていただきます。
