Xmas tea party lesson
12月はXmasTea lesson。１年の中でも、一番テーブルセッティングに気合がはいってしまう月です☆
スターターは、プレゼントしていただいたHarrodsのクリスマスチョコレート。
今年、見つけた可愛い小物は、写真手前のエンジェルのカードです。帰りにお持ち帰りいただきました。
私の得意レシピの１つ。イギリスの伝統的なケーキ「トライフル」を作りました。赤がクリスマスカラーでテーブルが華やかになります。
一番下の層はシェリー酒を浸してメイプルシロップのシフォンケーキ。チェリーのゼリーを敷き詰め、カスタードクリームを塗り、フレッシュなマンゴーに器から見えるようにカットしたイチゴを並べます。ホイップした生クリームの上にはデコレーション用のブルーベリー・イチゴを綺麗に飾りました。ベネチアンガラスの大きなボールにたっぷり作った「トライフル」。量は多いのですがお味は、見た目より軽いので、いただけちゃいます。この大好きなトライフル、ぜひ、多くの方に召し上がっていただきたい。来年は「トライフル」のレッスンもご用意させていただきたいと思います。
サロンでは、複数のメーカー計8種類のクリスマスティーをご用意しております。通常レッスンより会話中心で、さらにパーティ気分味わっていただきたいと思います。12/16（日）11:30からのレッスンはまだお席の空きが若干ございますので、お早めにご連絡お待ちしております♪

Aw, this was a very nice post. In idea I would like to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and actual effort to make a very good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and under no circumstances seem to get something done.
