12月のお料理
12月はクリスマスメニュー。今日もお料理メンバー7人の女の子、和気あいあい作りました♪毎月近況をアップデートできて、昔からの友人より、定期的に会えるこの会。メンバーにも恵まれ、美・食・恋の話とレッスンしながらも、トークが楽しい時間です。
「ゆで豚の黒コショウ風味」弱火で一時間半ゆで、しょうゆ・にんにく・しょうが・ねぎ・日本酒などで5時間つけ、たこ糸をとったら、はちみつをたっぷりぬり、粗びきコショウをたっぷりと。はちみつの甘さとコショウのピリッとしたお味が絶妙。
「魚介のサラダ」ヤリイカと海老を野菜と一緒にさっとゆで、イカと海老だけを使います。パプリカ、セロリ、ブラックオリーブで彩りもクリスマスカラーで色鮮やか。食材の新鮮さと食感がとっても楽しめます。
「鮭とほうれん草のグラタン」表面の写真しか撮ってなくて残念。グラタンの下には、鮭の切り身にほうれん草が挟んであり、クリームソースで、しっとりと。
「かぼちゃのクリームスープ」は、かぼちゃだけでなく、じゃがいももはっています！甘くて美味しいですよね～。
「ジンジャーブレッドのクリスマスツリー」。シナモンとクローブ、プルーンが入っていて、見た目のツリーでだけでなくお味もクリスマス。ほのかにコーヒーのお味もします。
このメニューがあれば、今年のクリスマスホームパーティのレシピも安心です♪昨年のレシピもおさらいして、MIXメニューのほうがさらに豪華になりそう☆皆さんはどんなレシピを考えられていますか？
