アフタヌーンティーのレッスン
この日は、先日撮影で用意したテーブルを復元し、レッスン内容は「アフタヌーンティー」。
F&Mの「ロイヤルブレンド」とショートブレッドをあわせて。
レッスンの一番人気のお紅茶は、オリジナルのマロンティー。茶葉もオリジナルで作っていただいていますが、レシピもオリジナル。フレーバードティーは香りが豊かであってもお味のギャップが気になるので、お味までマロンティストになるように、マロンペーストとキャラメルシロップをいれたスペシャルティーです。
最後に、ナフキンの折り方を伝授させていただきました。レッスン前のセッティングで即興で閃いた折り方とナフキンリングで見本を１つ作り、ベテランバトラーのMomo-chanが見本どおり4セット用意してくださいました。
バトラーのブランクがあいてしまっても、数年前は大活躍していたMomo-chan。久しぶりでも、レッスンが終わったときにキッチンは綺麗に片付いており、私との連携もスムーズで、本当に素晴らしいバトラーさんでした☆さらに変化がさらにありそうで、お忙しいとは思いますが、歴代のバトラーさんは実力がしっかりついており、尊敬します！
