アメリカンディナーパーティ
日曜日の夜は、高校のベストフレンドYuki-chanとボストン出身BFのJohnが遊びにきました。アメリカンスタイルのディナーにしようと、クラムチャウダースープ～カルパッチョ～ホタテとカニのサラダ～チーズそして、メインは、1kgのポークをバーベキューソースで。表面に焦げ目をつけてから、紅茶とセロリで1時間煮て、お野菜と一緒にオーブンへ。ポークは、ホイルで包んでバーベキューソースがたっぷりからむようにしてできたのがこちら♪
4人のホームパーティとは思えないBIGプレートです♪楽しい夜が過ぎていきました！
