しっとりスコーンの秘訣

本日のレッスンは、ベテラン主婦の方4名と１年以上通ってくださっているリピーターの生徒様。皆様、スコーンを楽しみに参加していただきました。

レシピを見るだけでは、再現できないポイントが多数あるので、直接、秘伝はお伝えさせていただいているレッスンです。まずレシピは、イギリスの計量カップ＆スプーンをベースにし、口頭では伝えにくい点が一番重要なポイントです。

KK-sama&Assistant-sanのスコーン。スクエアの型も素敵です！

KK-sama＆MM-samaの作品。カランツ＆ナッツ＆アールグレイ3種類の具がはいった贅沢なスコーンです。

YH-sama＆ET-sama。とても綺麗に型をぬいてくださり、美しいスコーンです。オーブンが3回目だったので、コンガリ色ですが、やわらかくしっとりしています。

3ボール分作りましたが、大成功！！フランス製HEDIARDのイチジクのジャムは、食感がプチプチとして楽しめます♪皆さんもご自宅でスコーンを楽しみませんか。市販品では味わえない作りたてを味わえます。
