11月のお料理
食欲の秋。お料理教室参加の6名は年中食欲盛りです。今日は秋のメニュー4品。
かきのリゾット。私は生牡蠣も大好きなタイプですが、参加者の中では苦手な方もいて、何年も食べてなかったかきが今日は、食べられた。それも美味しい！と絶賛するほど、一番人気のお料理です。これからの時期、我が家でも何度も登場させる予定です。
鯛の香草パン粉焼き。パン粉にパセリのみじん、にんにく、オレガノ、パルメジャンをいれてあるのが美味しさの秘訣！
じゃがいもとごぼうとクルミのサラダ。ごぼうは太めのささがきで、ジャガイモたっぷり。お腹もたまるサラダです。パセリのみじんぎりをたっぷりかけて、ドレッシングは、赤ワインビネガー、粒マスタードでさっぱりとしたお味です。
リンゴのクランブル。サワークリームとリンゴの酸味が絶妙です。
お料理は、毎月、参加者のお友達の近況をアップデートする楽しい会でもありますが、今日は私の話題で盛り上がってくださいました。毎月１回のお料理は、美味しいお食事に会話にと、欲張りな空間です。
