サヴォイホテルのサンドウィッチ＆チャイ

サヴォイホテルのレシピで、サンドウィッチを作るレッスン。レシピ本は以前紹介したこちら。

一番重要なパンは、ダロワイヨさん。ダロワイヨさんのパンは、シンプルなサンドウィッチのお味を引き立たせる上品なお味です。朝、焼き立てのパンをサンドイッチ用にカットしていただいたら、パン屋さんも、まだ暖かいので、よれてしまうかもしれません。とお断りをいただき、購入したホワホワの出来立てでしたので、レッスンでカットする際も、4分の1にすると、形が崩れてしまう始末・・・今回は特別2分の1カットで、アボガドクリームサンドウィッチとキュウリのサンドウィッチ　タマゴ＆ミント入りを作りました。お紅茶は、秋・冬に向けて、サロンオリジナルチャイのレッスン。

通常のレッスンでは、サンドウィッチのレッスンは現状ご用意しておらず、Specialist course　バトラーレッスンのみになります。今日はプライベートレッスンを2レッスン連続でご参加いただきました。11:30-17:30までマンツーマンでの6時間。説明する私より、受講されるJO-samaは、とても大変だったと思います。でも、頑張ってくださったおかげで、無事バトラーコース終了。10月末のハロウィンレッスンから、新人バトラーさんとしてデビューされます。バトラーさんは大変なお役目ですのですぐ実践できるようになるのは難しいと思いますが、少しずつ上達していただけるよう、サポートさせていただきますので、参加される皆様も応援してあげてくださいませ。ケーキは、JO-samaが一番好きなお店、自由が丘「パリセヴェイユ」のチョコレートケーキです。
