ホームパーティ
休日・祝日ははたくさんありますが、バレエ＆紅茶の予定がぎっしりの私には久々の連休。プライベートの時間がたっぷりとれる週末は、ゆっくり時間を楽しめます。
初日は、前職D社時代のベストフレンドAsuka-chanとのディナー。語りあうときは、おうちでHomePartyが一番。2人でも、Partyになっちゃいます♪赤ワイン、特にブルゴーニュ好きの私達なので、メニューはワインを楽しめる「ビーフシチュー＆パン、サラダ、チーズ」というお酒を楽しめるお食事をご用意させていただきました。当日、東急本店のお肉屋さんで上質な牛スジ肉が手に入ったので、数時間たっぷり煮込んで、美味しくいただきました。
フランスパンは、大好きなベルギー・ブルージュで購入した生成りのレース入れに。あまりのキュートさに、使うたびに、愛着が沸きます。
ワインはAsuka-chanからの差し入れ。結局、モエ・シャンドンで乾杯し、ブルゴーニュへ。二人で2本、気持ちよく明けてしまいました。楽しい会話と美味しいチーズ、この日は、ウォッシュタイプ「ラングル」、ブルータイプ「ロックウェル」、セミハードタイプ「サン・ネクテール」3種です。
