フォアグラ x 綿菓子

渋谷で、夜景がキレイなおすすめのスポットでもある、道玄坂上交番裏・スペースタワー14Fにある「権八」さん。ご近所でラストオーダーが3時と、時間を気にせず使えるので、とっても便利。

数週間前にいただいてから、食べたくて、頭にずっと残っているのがお寿司コーナーでオーダーした「焼きフォアグラ串　熟成バルサミコソース1,200円」

綿菓子がのっているフォアグラなんて、見たことありません。でも、癖になりそうです。それも一本だけだったので、また食べたい♪と頭に浮かぶ一品なんです。

S社長、ご紹介してから、またこっそり、食べに行ったりしていませんよね？最近はご紹介するお店が私以上にリピーターになってくださることが多いので、嬉しい反面、私も時間があったら行きたい！のです。
