本日のダージリン

今年のダージリン、まだ最高品に出会えてなく、探し中なのですが、ワガママなお願いをして、特別に取り寄せていただいた最高級の紅茶。

RISHEEHAT（リシーハット）茶園
SFTGFOP1（CL）WONDER Second Flush 2007

リシーハット茶園とは、ヒンズー語で「リシー＝聖者」「ハット＝場所」を意味し、「聖なる場所」という由緒正しい土地で上質の紅茶をつくっている茶園です。この茶園は、非常に丁寧に生葉を選りわけ、痛んだ茶葉やごみなどを取り除き、一芯二葉の茶葉とそれ以外を選別しているのです。手揉みの茶葉は、貴重な好みのテイスト。いただていると、その丁寧さがお味にとってもでています。
しかし、やはり、サロンオリジナル紅茶「PUTTABONG（プッタボン）」を超えてくれません。今年の夏は、水出しのプッタボンちゃんをひたすらいただいています。ペットボトルの水の中にティーバックをいれておくだけ。手軽なのに、しっかりとしたダージリンのお味。そして、プッタボン独特の甘み。水出しでも、こんなに自己主張してくれるプッタボンは、素晴らしいお紅茶です。

今日は、Specailist courseのプライベートレッスンでした。ブレックファーストのセッティングのデモンストレーション。Specailist courseでは実技もたくさん行っていただくのですが、同じ食器を使っても、出来上がりの作品は、毎回異なります。JO-samaの夏らしく爽やか～なセッティングです。

Wazzup Fellow Writer, What you ˙came up with here greatly have me wicked up to the last word, and I hafta tell you I almost never finish the entire post of blogs because I usually got sick and tired of the BS that is presented in the junkyard of the world wide web on a daily basis and then I just end up checking out the pictures and the headlines and so on.
