9月のレッスン

アフタヌーンティーは、下から順番にいただきます。コースはストーリーになっておりますので、順番どおりいただくのがベストですが、日本はセッティング重視で、順番どおりにはセットされていないケースが多いかもしれませんね。当サロンは、トラディッショナルなスタイルにさせていただいております。

本日のメニューは（下段）レンズ豆・玉ねぎ・ベーコン・イエローピーマン・アスパラガス・わさび菜の手作りキッシュ。葉物野菜は、シーズン別に選んでいますが、前回の夏のレッスンは「みぶ菜」だったと覚えてくださっていたUN-sama。記憶に残るレシピをご用意できて、嬉しいです。（中段）NYのWHOLE FOODS MARKETで購入した「オレンジクランベリーのスコーン」（上段）大好物イチジクのタルトケーキ。今回は、お花を先に生けて、その色に合わせて、キッシュのイエローといちじくのパープルをあわせて、カラーコーディネイトをしました。お食事とお花にも統一感があると、素敵に見えます！

セッティングは、ナプキンの折り方がポイント。NYで図鑑のようなナプキンのバリエーション本を購入したので、参考に。タイトルは、「アイスクリームコーン」です。本ではカジュアルなセッティングになっていましたが、私はパールリングをあしらえて華美な雰囲気に。

キッシュには、事前告知させていただいた「ダージリン　2007年セカンドフラッシュ　プッタボン茶園」の紅茶がご用意できました。今年入荷したプッタボンも、マスカットフレーバーが凝縮した香りで、甘みのある円熟したお味。

スコーンには、Haas＆Haasのフルーツティー「グレープフルーツ」をペアリングしていただきました。

いちじくのケーキ。いただいたばかりなのに、プチプチの食感がなんとも言えず、またすぐいただきたいくなります。
