キャンブリックティー と スコーン
キャンブリックとは『麻』の意味です。生成りの麻の布の色になるまでたっぷりミルクを注ぎ蜂蜜を入れたミルクティのことを言います。

スコーンといえば、ミルクティーがピッタリ。夏はキャンブリックティーとペアリングするのがオススメです。夏のスコーン作りは大変です。生地がすぐだらけて、花型の型で抜いても、すぐ丸い形になってしまいます。丸い型で抜いちゃうほうが良いかもしれませんね♪
