6/21open tea museum in daikanyama
イギリス人であるDavid Kilburn-sanが会長、韓国人の奥様Jade-sanが社長で、2001年韓国ソウルで始められた「Tea museum」。日本では代官山でフラッグシップストアーとして6/21にOpen。ハーブティーとフラワーティがお得意のようです。
スコーンはオーダーして作っていただいているようで、ジャムは、ラズベリー、マーマレイド、ブルーベリーから2種類選びます。サイズは、とっても小ぶりで、ホワッとしたお味です。
フランスでデザインされた缶は、お茶ごとにラベルが違いキュートです。私は、ティスティングさせていただきながら、お茶とラベルの組み合わせを色々迷い、選びました。
お買い物をした後、Invitation cardに名前・住所・メールアドレスを記入させていただいたら、Jade-sanがメールアドレス ＠victorianteasalon.com に気づいていただきました。イギリス式のお紅茶の先生ということを説明したら、親しみを持ってくださり、うちにはお仕事でなく、relaxしに遊びに来てくださいと、とってもお優しい。韓国のスタッフの方は、日本語も英語も堪能。アジア人同士なのに、私の英語はブリティッシュアクセントだとお褒めいただき（私としてはイギリスよりの日本語アクセントです）、楽しくお喋りさせていただきました♪お紅茶でおもてなしさせていただくことが多い私。逆におもてなししていただける場が少ないので、ご近所の癒しのスポットになりそうです。また遊びに行きたいと思います！
