マイブームは、カッティングボード

ここ一ヶ月で3枚も買っちゃうほど、マイブームは、「まな板」。お料理をするのが楽しくなります！

◇スイスのzyliss　（チリス） 。ハンドル付きで大理石柄がキュート。水分も溝に流れ、キッチンが綺麗に使えます。

◇イギリスのJoseph Joseph (ジョゼフジョゼフ）
　切った素材をそのまま鍋やフライパンに入れられる、便利なまな板。みじん切りのような細かいものは、安定感があまりよくありませんが、乱切りして、お鍋にスッと入る便利物。

◇アメリカのOXO　（オクソー）　カラーの部分がすべり止めのストッパーになっており、動かないから安心です。刻む音はちょっと大きめです。


各国、個性的ですよね。便利さがそれぞれ違うので、3つのボードを使いこなしてみたいと思います。どの「カッティングボード」がNo.1でしょうね！？
