たき火味の紅茶？？？
TVをつけたら、ちょうど、紅茶の話題で、「たき火味の紅茶」というテーマ。皆さんどの紅茶のことか、わかります？？？
演出家 三谷幸喜さんの作品の台詞で、でてくるそうなんです。「たき火」＝スモーキｰ。スモーキーの代表といえば、ライトタイプは、中国 安徽省 祁門県原産、世界三大紅茶の祁門紅茶Keemun（キーマン）。ヘビータイプは、中国 福建省原産 イギリスではスタンダードな、正山小種（ラプサンスーチョン）。そうなんです！三谷幸喜さんは、この「正山小種（ラプサンスーチョン）」を、「たき火の紅茶」と表現されたのです。
最近は、喜作園の「正山物語」。日本で馴染みのないラプサンスーチョンが「ペットボトル」になっています。
ラプサンスーチョンは、ストレートですと、燻製茶と呼ばれているので、燻った香りとお味がしますが、ミルクティーにするとコクが出て、驚くほどまろやかで飲みやすい紅茶になります。次回のレッスンでご紹介させていただきます！
