父からのプレゼント

父からリーデルの大吟醸グラスをプレゼントしていただきました。父似の私。自由人の生き方もお酒好きも父譲り！？

このグラス、金沢の蔵元からの依頼で、リーデル社長が来日し、純米酒、吟醸酒など数々の日本酒がティスティングされ、開発されたとのこと。60種のサンプルグラスから、25回、のべ200人のティスティングをクリアしたグラス。芳香に優れた大吟醸酒に適した大きめの卵型ボウル。

1/3注ぎ、グラスを回すとどんなお味になるのでしょうか。まずはグラスを最大限引き出せる良質なダイン吟醸酒を用意せねば・・・と思いつつ、2ヶ月程、箱のまま。どなたか一緒に味わいましょう！
