5月スタート Specialist course no.1
今日から、RO-samaのプライベートレッスン開始です。プロトコールやフラワーも習われ、さらに、テーブルコーディネイトのインストラクターコースに通われていらっしゃる勉強家のRo-sama。今日は、紅茶の商流として、代理店・メーカー名から、旬のダージリン茶園などのご説明。一気に紅茶通の世界へ興味をお持ちいただきました。我ながら、この特別レッスンのテキスト力作でして、数多く覚えにくいメーカーが一気に覚えられる資料です。
レッスンの間、お話をしながら、私も10年前イギリスへ留学する前はたくさんのお稽古に通っていたなぁと懐かしくお話をお聞きしていました。どの道のプロになるにも、テーブル・マナー・フラワー・紅茶・お料理など、素敵な空間を演出するには、どれも必要です。私はサロンの主宰者でもありますが、ビジネスマンでもあります。相反した世界のように思われるかもしれませんが、私にとっては両方が相乗効果でプラスになっています。今までお仕事で磨いたビジネスセンスを紅茶の世界にも取り入れて、極めたい方の夢に一歩ずつ近づけるお手伝いができるのは、幸せです。教える場をいただきながら、自らパワーアップしてしまいます！
デザートは、ダロワイヨさんのマカロンケーキ。ピスタチオカラーは、ヘレンドのヴィクトリアプレートとマッチしすぎです。明日も連続のレッスン、実は来週バレエのジョイントコンサートの本番が控えており、リハーサルも大詰めです。午前バレエ、午後紅茶と充実した一日、頑張ります！
