Specialist course プライベートレッスン no.3

キッシュとチャイをの実演レッスンです。サロンでは人気のレシピの2つです！

通常のレッスンですと、スコーン以外は、レシピのご紹介だけで、私が事前に用意してしまいますが、やはり、一緒に作って、細かいポイントを伝授させていただかないと、同じお味にはなりません。文章では表現しきれない、私の拘りポイントは、たくさんあるのです。

実は、先日、FOODEX2007に行きました。スリランカの複数の紅茶会社の方とお話をし、サンプルの紅茶をいただいてきたので、早くレポートさせていただきたいですが、この日、ようやくティスティング開始。業者の方にそれぞれ、フィードバックさせていただくのは、来週の課題です！
