フレンチ菓子の先生のバースディ

フランスのリッツで学ばれ、本格的なフランス菓子のお教室を主宰されているHaru先生。当サロンのレッスンに参加いただいてから、サロンのパーティでプティフールをお願いしたり、私のバースディでケーキをお作りいただいたり、数年間、とってもお世話になっています。今回は、Haru-sanのバースティパーティにお招きいただき、参加させていただきました♪

Ecole de Patisserie Chez Haru
Haru-sanのサイトのケーキは見ているだけで、スィートな気分になれます！週末レッスンを開催されているので、私と同じ日のことが多く、なかなかお互いのお教室には通えていませんが、これからも末永く、親しくさせていただきたい素敵な女性です。

パーティ会場は、五反田にあるフレンチ「Les Halles（レ・アール）」。駅から少し離れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気。五反田にフレンチがあるとは、全然知らず、新しい発見です！

検索していたら、ちょっと面白いページ発見。東京ガスさんのページに厨房特集で掲載されていました。伺う前に、チェックしておけばよかったです。ぜひ、ご参考に。
