上海蟹の季節到来！

き・ま・し・た！ジュシーな上海蟹sanの季節です。早速、ご近所の「文琳　本店　渋谷神泉」に伺いました。なんと、徒歩5分圏内なのに、今まで知らず・・・なんと勿体無い（＞＜）

上海蟹のスープは、胃腸にやさしくホッとするお味。

そして、蟹にもメスとオスがあったんです！お味がぜんぜん違うし、果肉の量も、写真のとおり。個人的にはスィートなメスのお味噌が好きかも。

コースでいただいていたのですが、お隣のお席の人が、単品なのか、美味しそうに、麻婆豆腐をホクホク、アツアツな感じで食べていました。大連仕込の私の舌は、激辛のしびれ好き。試してみましょう♪
