記念日は24時間楽しみましょう♪
特別な日は一日、満喫したいですよね～。日本では夜お食事するのがスタンダードですが、イギリスでは、朝起きて「おはよう」と一緒にメッセージカードがいただけます。文化の違いですね～今年はイギリス式をさらに進化させて、記念日の0時からフルに24時間楽しみました！
17日の夜は、森本xexでお寿司。お任せのバースディディナーコース。1品目は森本さんらしく、鮮やかで、組み合わせが斬新。写真は、二人分で、1列ずついただき、2品目は、ヘラでトロカラトッピングを併せていただきました。そして、土瓶蒸しでホワーッと癒されて・・・
やっぱりお寿司。もっと食べた記憶もあるのに、ご機嫌で写真3枚しかない（＞＜）
0時は、2Fのラウンジでデザート。久々のラウンジは、ドンペリのコマーシャルとも言えるような空間で、目の前に映像がグルグル回転してました＾＾
そして、おうちに帰り、ひと時、睡眠をzzz
目覚めてから、まだ楽しい余韻が残りつつ、仕事へ。
夜は、フレンチです。こちらは、去年お知りあいになったオーナーShiro-sanのお店「シュベールサンク」。自然派重視で、素材がどれも美味しい。最初のパテからノックアウト、フォアグラソテーは、バルサミコソースと、イチジクと併せてあって、絶品。美味しそうで、慌てて、食べちゃって、食べかけ写真をパチリ☆ダチョウのステーキもあり、デザートもスイーツたくさん！
個室でいただきましたが、センスのよい、心地良い空間の中、繊細なお味のお料理。こちらのお料理、かなり私好み♡♡♡久々に、マイブームになりそうなお店です！
最後はヒルズのバカラバーで、日付が変わりました！
今年の18日は24時間、お腹いっぱ～い、気持ちもいっぱ～い、365日の中で一番記念すべき日のとおり、スペシャルDayになりました。特別な日は、前日の0時からお祝いスタート♪オススメです!!!
