秋を楽しむレッスン
イギリスの秋といえば、リンゴ！街中では、リンゴの芯が落ちていることも・・・チョコレートのように小腹が空くと、小粒のコックスという品種のリンゴを食べてます。日本より酸味が強め。リンゴ大好きの国民性ですから、秋になると、アップルパイはかかせません！
←手作りが1番(o^_^o)σ
新宿パークハイアットホテル東京の「シナモンブレッド」。Hanakoでご紹介した帝国ホテルのシナモンロールより、シナモン弱めです。カットできるので、少量ずついただけます。
そして、お紅茶の１つは、TWININGS「ROSE」。まだ日本未入荷です。ローズの香りとさっぱりとしたお味は、予想以上にバランスがよく、焼き菓子にあわせてピッタリでした。
秋らしいセットの中でも、一番好評だったのは、ハンガリーの手刺繍のテーブルクロス。手洗いとアイロンかけが大変なクロスですが、喜んでいただけると嬉しい(o^_^o)σ
今週は友人がロンドンに仕事で行っているので、電話で街の様子を聞いてみました。日本ではハロウィーンが少しずつお菓子やさんやファンシーショップで飾られていますが、イベント大好きなイギリスはまだスタートしていないようです♪
