イギリスの朝食
イギリスの朝食レッスン。今回は好評は、イギリスでは必ずつきもの、トマトソース味のベイクドビーン・当日の朝、裏ごしで筋肉痛になりそうだった、クリーミーなマッシュポテト、そして、炒めただけだけど、レモンソーセージかな？
半熟のゆで卵の半熟加減も好評。エッグスタンドの上にある卵は、イギリスの食べ方を伝授！頭を帽子のようにくり貫いて、上手にスプーンで殻を壊さないようにいただくのです。通な食べ方ですね～♪
個人的に懐かしかったのは、ビーンズかな。イギリス在住時、あるご家庭では、カレーライスみたいに白米とお豆、そして、スパゲッティミートソースのように、パスタとお豆。えっっっっっー、毎日、お皿いっぱいのお豆にカルチャーショックを受けたのが思い出深いです（＾＾）またまたCOSTCOで、8缶入りのアメリカ製ビーンズを購入したので、暫くはビーンズにはまりそう。イギリスなら、HEINZが一番かな。
今夜もビーンズ添えの私のディナープレート・・・3日連続です！！！
