ティスティング

2006年ダージリンセカンドフラッシュの時期到来ですね。某紅茶メーカーから今年の新作ダージリンのティスティングをさせていただきました。

茶園：マーガレッツホープ/グレード：FTGFOP1/摘み時期：2006年セカンドフラッシュ　左：CL TIPPY (クローナル種　新芽）右：MUSCATEL DELIGHT

私がティスティングでチェックしたポイント☆
　1　茶葉の外観・・・色・大きさ
　2　水色・・・茶園が同じなので特徴はなかったかも
　3　お味・・・口に含んだ瞬間
　　　　　　　　口の中で転がして空気含むお味
　　　　　　　　少し冷めてからのお味
　4　香り・・・淹れた直後
　　　　　　　少し冷めてからの変化

ホットとアイスと両方について、ティスティングしました。口にいれてからホワーッと広がる甘み・バランスよいお味で美味しい～！！！今年の買い付けは私の意見も反映してくださりそう♪どちらが私の好みだったと思います？答えは？！入荷までお待ちください。皆さんも大好きな「マーガレッツホープ茶園」ですので、入荷のご案内が楽しみです。ティスティングは毎回ワクワクしますよね。どんな新しい出会いがあるのか？自分好みの茶葉に出会えたとき、とっても幸せな気分になります！
