キラキラ☆の会
この度、「キラキラの会」を結成しました！ネーミングは、シルバーウェア好き・ジュエリー好きの方の集まりの会ということで、命名しました。ホームパーティもテーマやタイトルをつけると、より楽しめますよね♪
ホームパーティのメニューは、冷蔵庫に入っていたアリ物でササッと作りました。「ホタテと鯛のマスタードソースのマリネ」～「レモン風味香草焼きのグリルチキン」～「ゴロゴンゾーラチーズのニョッキ」です。
会にぴったりの差し入れはAYAからのMOET。なんとキュートなゴールドのバッグにプチプチシルバーなんでしょう。保冷BAGになっているので、ちょっとしたパーティにお呼ばれした時に持っていくのも便利そう♪ピンクMOETのBAGもGETしなくちゃっ。
我が家のホームパーティの雰囲気を知りたいとリクエストいただきましたので、ご紹介させていただきましたが、皆さんのほうが手が混んでいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。大皿メニューに、セッティングや盛り付けで綺麗にみせるのが、私流という感じです（＾＾）

ある食材でこんなにお洒落なメニューでおもてなしするには、
それなりの腕が必要ですよね。私はありものではできません。
盛り付けも、セッティングもきれいで、お客様が喜びそうですね。パーティーが盛り上がること間違いなしですね。

レシピはベースを素に冷蔵庫があるもので、アレンジアレンジ。
組み合わせは、外食でいただいたプロの方のをちょっと真似したりしてみて、楽しんでいます。
今密かに企画したいのは、産地直送の食材を事前にオーダーしておいて、
その新鮮な食材を楽しむ会！素材のお味を楽しむのもいいですよね～。
