ポアローの葱のテリーヌ

お料理教室を主宰されているC様と「ポアローの葱のテリーヌ」を食べに行きましょうとお話をしてから、2ヶ月。ようやくランチが実現しました。

恵比寿の「ドゥ・ロアンヌ」さんは、透明感ある空間の中、レイノーの食器で彩りも美しく、食材が輝いて見えました。

平日は仕事、週末はサロン主宰。同じスタイルの方は、あまりお目にかからないので、とっても身近な存在に感じました。私のほうがちょっぴりサロン主宰暦が長いので、昔を思い出して、懐かしかったり（＾＾）みんな同じような道を歩きながら、一歩ずつ確実に階段を上っていっているんだと思います。私でお役に立てることでしたら、サポートさせていただきますので、このスタイルを続ける私達ならではの感性で、頑張りましょう♪
P.S.ランチでは時間が短すぎたので、今度はゆっくり、たっぷりディナーにしましょう（＾＾）妹にしたくなっちゃいそうなキュートなC様。日曜日はだんな様とSweetに過ごしてくださいね♡♡♡
