カウンターで鉄板焼き
六本木の星条旗どおりお住まいのM-chanとのDinner。ご近所でお食事して、お茶は彼女の家というコースになり、選んだお店は、morimotoXEXです。開放感がある空間がいいですよね～
”真っ黒こげの季節の野菜盛り合わせ”は、おなすと洋ネギとたまねぎ。写真は食べ終わる前に慌てて撮影パチッ。
メインは、350gの豚さん！鉄板で両面焦げ目をつけたあと、昔はピザ用だった釜で、仕上。お野菜もたっぷりで、天然ルッコラ、ナン、にんにく、キノコetc。真ん中の写真の焼きの煙♪美味しく焼けてそうでしょう。
目の前で作ってくれるのが、幸せですよね。それもヘルシー。赤ワインは、5月末に気に入った、カルフォルニアのブルゴーニュ「カレラ」。2004年だったので、ちょっと軽くて、98年の重さのほうがお気に入りかも。今宵もガールズトークに花が咲きすぎてしましました。最後はM-chanのお部屋で二人で柔軟・・・私一人で、いつも怪しまれるけど、二人だったら、健康的でキュートな私たちでしょう。
