『ヘレンド　ティーフェア』

お紅茶は旬のダージリン＆アッサムTeaファーストフラッシュ。お紅茶のお供には、さすが、『ヘレンド』ならではの、ハンガリーの伝統的な焼き菓子、メーゼシュカラーチュ付き。

シェフ飯島誠sanがハンガリー料理に欠かせない食材を用いながら紅茶に合わせ独創的なアレンジを加えた、オリジナルデザートもあるのです。

デザートは「アメリカンチェリーのシュトゥルーデルとサワークリーム　パプリカのアイスクリーム　メーゼシュカラーチュ」。

ウィーン菓子で有名なアップルシュトゥルーデルをベースに、ハンガリー人が愛するさくらんぼをシュトゥルーデル（パイ生地のようなもの）に巻き込んで焼き上げたデザートで、サワークリームの酸味が爽やかな味に仕上げています。またハンガリー料理に欠かせない香辛料、パプリカのアイスクリームは、パプリカ特有の香りとほのかなスパイシーさが、ハンガリーらしさを醸し出しているとのこと～
