しっとり、ツヤツヤがサロン流

しっとり、ツヤツヤスコーンです。季節柄、室温があがり、湿気の感じで微妙な生地感が違く感じます。前回のスコーンの質感が少し満足いかなかので、リベンジ。イギリスのスコーンは、『しっとり、ツヤツヤ』でなくては！パン風スコーンや、クッキー風スコーンを見かけることが多い中、サロンはイギリスの中でも都会のロンドン小ぶりな上品タイプです。バターがだれないように手早く！でも、綺麗に仕上げるポイントを疎かにしてはいけません。7月から8月の間にスコーンのレッスンを企画したいと思います。

焼き物習っているfa-fa-sanの手つきは今まで見たことが
ない生地の扱いでした。型抜きも丁寧でお菓子作り見ている
だけで性格が現れますね♪

6月はスコーンのレッスンにしようか検討したのですが、
暑くなる前に先にアイスティーをやらせていただくことに
しました。7月はスコーンのレッスンの予定で計画しますね♪
