マイセンサロン
日比谷でお茶するなら、帝国プラザ・タワーの『マイセンサロン』。選んだのは、マイセンサロンオリジナル紅茶のセイロンティー。お客様ごとに色々なマイセン磁器のカップでいただけるのも楽しみの１つ。もちろんカップの紅茶が少なくなれば、お代わりもサーブしてくださいます。
お砂糖と温められたミルクです。リボンが巻いてあるのがキュートですね。
マイセンサロンは小さなお店で、店内はブルーカラーです。もっとゆったりとした空間だと居心地がよくなるでしょうね。
本館1Fのホテルショップにある『ガルガンチュワ』。ケーキ、パン、焼き菓子から、ケータリングフードまで。その中でも、私のお気に入りは、シナモンロールですが、写真撮る前に食べちゃいました。スコーンは十字の切れ目がパンを小型にしような形。
個人的にはしっとりしたイギリススコーンが好きなので、自画自賛ですが、Victorian Tea Salonのスコーンが好き♡です。レッスンのご希望が多いので、来月あたりにレッスンできるように検討します。
