創業300周年

1706年ロンドンに世界初の紅茶専門店を開いた「トワイニング」。創業300周年を記念した、特別な缶が販売されています。

3世紀もの間、紅茶を普及させているトワイニングに改めて、ジーンと感動しちゃいました。私が普及できるのは、1世紀も満たないでしょうし、ティーサロンを開催していても、イギリスの紅茶の楽しみ方、素晴らしさをお伝えするには、限界があります。しかし、これからも私なりに私が大好きなこの世界を皆様にもっともっと、お伝えしたいと思います！皆さんあってこその、ティーサロンですので、今後とも、ご声援の程、よろしくお願いします。

さて、話は戻り、今回のパッケージ、『特別』『限定』の言葉に弱いので、もちろん飛びついちゃいます。東急本店の紀伊国屋さんでお見かけしましたが、すっかり忙しくて、そのままになってしまいましたが、片岡物産さんなんと、YAHOO　SHOPPINGで直販サイトまで運営されていらっしゃるんですね・・・ちょっと驚き。トワイニングといえば、ロンドン本店のあの伝統的な風貌あるこじんまりとしたお店の印象が強い私にとっては、イメージとのギャップが大きくて、一瞬、瞬きし続けてしまいました（＾＾）

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t comment to blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault in the least , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy reading the content .
