12時間のホームパーティ

定期的に開催しているお料理教室の復習会。お休みをしたり、忘れたりしないための会なので、基本は数回分のレッスンのレシピから食べたいものだけをチョイス。

☆メニューはこちら☆
人参としらたきの真砂和え～レンズ豆のサラダ～蛸のごま和え～豚バラ大根～鯛めし
　
写真は、コチジャンドレッシングのピリ辛風味「蛸のごま和え」。水菜・ネギ・チコリとお野菜タップリ。

美味しいお料理の基本は食材選びから！14時に東急本店の地下、紀伊国屋へ買出しをして、15時～17時までW-M-chanと準備。2時間でテーブルセッティングまで順調に終わり、お招きした4名のゲストである友人が17時に到着し、空が明るい時間からパーティがスタートしました。お招きした友人S-sanの誕生日が偶然翌日でお祝いしたり、初対面同士のメンバーもいましたが、共通話題が多く、盛り上がりました。

デザートの頃、恵比寿在住の友人2名がさらに加わり、パーティも華やかに。ワインもボトルがよい感じで何本もあいた時間には、会話がヒートアップ。このメンバー何についても、ディスカス好きでビジネスや経済やプライベートまで熱～く熱～く語りあっていました。12時間も食べ続け飲み続け、話し続けた長～い半日は、お休みならではの過ごし方ですね♪
