イースターのレッスン
イギリスの春の最大イベントイースター（復活祭）と今ちょうど摘みはじまっているダージリンのレッスンをさせていただきました。
日本でイースターのお祝いをしているのは、日曜教会の子供たちがメインでしょうが、ハロウィンなみにポピュラーになったら、楽しいですよね。イースターは毎年、日付けが変わる移動祝祭日で、「春分の日の後の、最初の満月の次の日曜日」と決まっています。お月様には詳しくないので、毎年いつなのか調べないとピンときませんが、今年は4月16日です。Good Fridayと呼ばれる金曜日からEaster Mondayと呼ばれる月曜日までの4日間が休日です。
ダージリン ファーストフラッシュももうそろそろ入荷が始まります。ダージリン茶園は70～80茶園（紅茶の世界も吸収合併や独立があるので変動します）ありますので、どんな新茶と出会えるか楽しみです。

私の中で、新茶は青々しさの中にも甘さがあり、たっぷりで草原のイメージかな。入荷したら、お茶しようね。
