ロンドンリッツホテルでアフタヌーンティ

ロンドンでホテルのアフタヌーンティと言ったら、名前があがるリッツホテル。リッツのアフタヌーンティレシピをご存知ですか。実は本も売っているんです。サロンのアシスタントの一人から情報が入り、早速購入。しーかーし、読んでみると、知ってる知ってる。リッツホテルでのティーのティー～紅茶の歴史～サンドウィッチ～トラディッショナルケーキ～などなど、同じ本、持っていましたfufuそんなこともありますよね！気に入った本は何度でも気になるものです。

THE RITZ LONDON BOOK OF AFTERNOON TEA

さてさて、そんなエピソードがあるところで、ちょうどサロンに通ってくださった生徒さんがロンドンリッツホテルに行かれました。2月末のお写真とメニューになります。Riyo-san special thanks!


最近のRitzはバトラーさんがお若いらしくテンションも高めみたいです（＾＾）日本にいながら、最新情報がはいる生徒さんネットワーク、とっても貴重で嬉しいです。

レシピに書かれているメニューは、本にも掲載されているものも多くあります。先日紹介させていただいたイギリスの計量方法がわかれば、パーティでイギリス料理をおもてなしされたら、いかがですか？日本でも気軽にイギリス気分が味わえます。

BLOGをUPしているうちに、ロンドンの味が懐かしくなってしまいました～日本ではなかなか現地の味には出会えません（寂）I miss my London・・・ロンドンに帰って、リッツとサヴォイで和みたいですNe～♪
