2日間かけて作るハンバーグ

ある晩、TVでレストランのレシピ番組に釘付けでした。ハンバーグはこねて、オーブンしたところで、その日は寝かせ、翌日、鉄板で前日のハンバーグとソースを絡め、極めつけの卵がトロリッ。

頭がハンバーグでいっぱいになり、翌日のランチはハンバーグ。会社のお友達に話したら、偶然みていて、大盛り上がり。TVのハンバーグが食べたいということで、念願の洋食屋さんに先週行ってきました。

想像していたより、お肉がホワホワでフォークでさすのもやっと。決して大きさはBIGでないのに、このお味のたっぷり感でお腹がとてもいっぱいになりました。

ちなみに、最初のレシピのウンチク、私が周りの友人に行く前から何度も語っていて、もう何度も聞いた！と言われるほど・・・まるで、お年寄りのおばあちゃん。それほど、手間暇かけて作る工程に感動したんです。昔ながらの洋食屋さんキムラです！
