2度目のイル・ギオットーネ

11月オープンした直後に伺いましたが、3ヶ月ぶりの来店。ランチもディナーも未だ予約がいっぱいの中、サロンのゲストがスタッフということもあり、2月の金曜日、ディナーを個室で楽しませていただきました。さらに、今日はこっそり、お一人がバースディー近くだったので、サプライズをご用意♪メッセージ付のデザートとパープルカラーのお花を用意させていただきました。感激していただけて、私もHappy☆

シャンパンからスタート。「イル・ギオットーネ」は皿数が多く、彩りが綺麗ですよね。これだけの品数ですと、私の大好物がでてくる、でてくる「ウニ」～「オマール海老」～「ズワイガニ」～「イチゴ」飽きさせないこの豊富な食材に大満足です。

レストランがお忙しいとティーサロンにはお越しいただけませんが、ぜひ、お休みがありましたら、感謝の気持ちをこめて、冷めにくく温かいお紅茶がテーブルにお出しできるティーサーブをご説明させていただきたいと思います。どのレストランにいっても、これが最大の課題だと思います！
