フレンチ　ディナー

ご近所の松見坂フレンチ「ミラヴィル」にお食事好きな女性を3名お誘いし、ディナーに行って来ました。食材がよいのは、もちろん、リピーターになってしまう理由は、ホスピタリティーでしょうか。いつも志村さんには「木村様にはぜひ、こちらをおすすめします～」とおっしゃっていただくので、あれもこれも飲みたいし、食べたい。さらに「まだこちらはお召し上がりいただいたことはありません」とメニューを力説されると、「お願いします！」の一言です。私の好みやいただいているメニューを記憶してくださる志村さんは頼もしく、通っているように思います。自分が喜ぶサービスは私も率先したい。サロンのゲストの皆さんへ同じようにホステスとして接しさせていただくよう、さらなる努力が必要です。

数年お食事には通わせていただいておりますが、今気になるのが、お料理教室。ぜひ、参加してみたいです。平日しかないのが、残念。でも、どこかでプランしたいと思います！
