チャイ レッスン
まだまだ寒い今年の冬、本日は体も心も温まる”チャイ”のレッスンでした。シナモン・クローブetc数種類のスパイスで楽しむチャイ。今回は、スパイスが苦手な方も抵抗がなくいただける紅茶とスパイスが調和したお味のチャイ。そして、シナモンたっぷり、スパイスの香りとお味を十分に生かしたチャイと2種類飲み比べしました。
皆さんお召し上がりいただくと空気がとまったようにゆっくり味わっていただき、その後「ホ～ッとしますね」と穏やかな表情が溢れ幸せそう～♪
今日はさらに私が個人的に大好物な「シェパードパイ」です。寒い季節にぴったりなイギリスの伝統的なパイです。シェパードパイはラム肉になりますが、苦手な方もいらっしゃるので、今日は牛肉で「カテージパイ」でしたが、絶妙なお味。イギリスの懐かしいお味＆チャイにもピッタリで食がすすみました。
本日のお紅茶は、1杯目ダージリン ファーストフラッシュ アリヤ茶園。2-3杯目はチャイ。最後はマルコポーロという大満足コースでした。
