ビジネスパーティ
某コンサルティング会社主催のIT Industry Shinnenkai にご招待いただきました。場所は麻布のロシア大使館裏にある会員制クラブ「東京アメリカンクラブ」です。アメリカンクラブは行くチャンスが少ないので、行くだけでも楽しみ。到着すると会場は想像以上に大規模なパーティです。フォーチュン５００社ランク企業の半分がクライアントということで、有名企業の方ばかりの社交場でした。ご挨拶＆情報交換会。前職の人事がいて、友人の上司がいて、友人の同僚がいて～と、この世界広いようでやはり繋がっていますね。
今回何よりも驚いたのは、主催社のホストぶりです。主催社の社員はゲストに積極的にご挨拶にまわっていたのはもちろん、なんと、会長さんまでが殆どのゲストとお話しされていました。どなたか存じ上げず、ビジネスカード交換したら、なんとP会長。フレンドリーに話しかけてくださり、一瞬呆気に取られました。主催社スタッフは日本国籍でない方が大半を占めているからかもしれませんが、ホスト側は来客者全員と話す努力をもっともっとすべきだなぁと実感しました。スマートに出来る外国の方にもっと見習ったほうが招待する側も招待される側も楽しめると思います。
その後、会場で偶然にお目にかかった友人の上司の方とそのまたご友人と4名で恵比寿のワインバーへ。ワイン通揃いの皆様だったのですが、レディーは一人だったので、私のリクエストを聞いてくださりブルゴーニュ。残念ながらジュブレシャンベルタンのストックがなかったので、ニュイサンジュルジュに。ジュブレの強さが欲しい気分だったのに～と思いながら、帰る頃にはご機嫌モード。今まで蓄積された人脈に感謝です♪

本当に世間は狭いですね(^^;。私も前職メーカーで勤務をしていたとき、以前勤務をしていた外資系コンサルティングファームの同僚がプレゼンテーションに来ていたときにはビックrしました(^^;（提案は「即効却下」しました(笑)）。
私もとあるワイン会の事務局と自分のワイン会を運営させていただいておりますが、会のCSを図るうえで9割がたをしめるのが「主催者のホスピタリティ」だと考えます。私は常に御参加いただいております皆さんに喜んでいただけているか、心配でしょうがないですが…。
ポテルも本当にすばらしいネゴシアンですよ(^^)。ピノ・ノワールなのに濃いルビーで、濃厚なベリー香を華やかに放つので(^^)。あれだけ濃い葡萄なので長期熟成タイプだとは思われますが、
