クリスマス イブ・イブ
Christmas pudding はご存知ですか？イギリスではクリスマスになると2,500万個ものプディングが家庭でつくられ、さらに1,500万個がレストラン、ホテル、職場の食堂などで食卓に出されるそうです。こんなにメジャーなのに、日本ではいただくことが少ない・・ということで、ご紹介！
世界最大のプディング・メーカーMatthew Walkerが有名ですが、皆さんなじみがあるFortnum＆Masonのプディングの材料はSugar(Demerara&Granulated),Currants,Raisins,Sultanas,Hydrogenated Palm Oil,Breadcrumbs,Whole Egg,Wheatflour,Mixed Peel(Orange and Lemon),Brandy4%,Minced Lemon, Milk, Strip Almonds2.5%,Treacle,Spices,Rum1.3%,Rice Flourです。今の時期しかありません。もし売っていたら、ぜひトライしてみてください。
今年は3連休、Specialなクリスマスですね！私はホームパーティが3日間で4回です。今日は、9月に結婚された友人宅でのホームパーティ。アメリカ人・インド人・中国人・関西からかけつけた方とインターナショナルクリスマスでした。北京ダッグとチキンのターキー両方あったのが印象的です。私たち何時間、食べ続けたのでしょうか（＾＾）

こんにちは。初めまして。フィニッシングスクールのことが書いてあったのでお尋ねしたくメールさせて頂きました。
HPも楽しく見させて頂きました。
英国でディプロマを取得されておられますが、私も行って取得したいと思っている者です。。。
私はなかなか紅茶を学べる教室などがありません・・・ティーインストラクターの勉強をしていて来年取得予定ですが、やはり現地に行ってこの目で確かめたいという思いも強くなりました。
来年の春頃からは紅茶教室を始めたいとも思っています。
英国でのコースは短期集中でしたか？それとも一般コースで取得されましたか？内容はよかったでしょうか・・・？
また卒業生には取得後の進路相談というかバックアップのようなものは実際あるんですか・・・・？それか帰国後は全くの独自でやっていくのでしょうか・・・・
いくつも尋ね、申し訳ございません。
何かアドバイスなどあれば教えて下さい。
追伸；来年はツアーなどありますか。よければ大体の予算も教えて下さい。
