寒い夜は Russian Tea
Mixiのマイミク空sanからルシアンティー（ロシアンティー）についてメールをいただきました。ロシアの紅茶といえば、サモワールの器具とジャムのイメージが強いですが、厳冬のロシアでは冷えきった体を温める大切な紅茶です。カロリーをジャムから摂取し、さらに地酒であるウォッカを加えていただきます。
★Russian Tea ★
1. 温めたポットに茶葉を入れ、沸騰したお湯をいれ3-4分待ちます
2. 茶漉しを使って、お気に入りのティーカップに紅茶を注ぎます
3. お好みのアルコール（ウォッカ・ラム）とジャム（ベリー系）を混ぜます
ロシア風：紅茶とウォッカをティーカップにいれておき、ジャムをなめ、
紅茶をいただく
茶葉のお勧めはニルギニ・ディンブラです。アイスティーのベースと同じですね！

私はブレンディットのダージリンで
マスカットジャムを入れて
グラッパ・マールを少したらすのが好きです。
このレシピは邪道なのかもしれませんが
グラッパ・マールが葡萄で出来たものなので
紅茶が程よく調和いたします(^^)
それに、マスカットですとダージリン地方の持つ
ほのかな「香り」を生かすので
「紅茶」として美味しくいただけます。

今回掲載させていただいたのは、もっともポピュラーのものにしたので、私も奇遇ですが、似たオリジナルレシピがあります。ワイン好きの方はこちらのほうがお勧めかもしれませんね！
ダージリンのオータムナルかブレンドタイプでミルクティー向きの濃い紅茶に、グラッパと紅茶のジャムをいれます。
マスカットジャムはトライしたことがありませんでした。葡萄と紅茶、想像しただけでも美味しそうです♪
