11/27レッスン MariageFrere
早いもので11月も最後の日曜日。ひとあし早く並んだツリーやサンタさん達に囲まれての今日のレッスンテーマは、マリアージュフレールです。以前Blogでご紹介した友人のお土産の"エロス"を皆様にも味わっていただきました。

女性の多いレッスンではいつも話題が豊富ですが、今日のレッスンでも、話題のレストラン情報、サロンで使っているシルバー類を売っているお店のことなど・・・おしゃべりの時間は駆け足に過ぎて、あっというまのアフターヌーンティータイムだったのでした。。
マリアージュフレールの中でも特に人気の高いフレーバードティー3種類、マルコポーロ・エロス・カサブランカどれも美味しく甲乙つけがたいですよね。毎回皆さんに1番をお聞きしますが、どれも美味しい！どれか1つと言われても選べない、欲張りは私だけでしょうか。永遠のテーマです～。マリアージュのお店でティーポットいっぱいに同じ紅茶をいただくのもよいですが、一度に数種類飲めるサロンのマリアージュのレッスンも人気が高いんですよね。
個人的には、今回のスコーンは今までよりもさらに香り高くよかったです。その理由の1つはスコーンにまぜた紅茶です。紅茶のスコーンは茶葉が細かいティーバックが手軽に作れます。香りが豊かなアールグレイがお勧めですが、これもメーカーにより、細かさ、香りが異なるので、アールグレイと一言でいっても、奥が深いです。2006年度のスケジュールこれから日程決めますが、スコーンのレシピを知りたい皆様、ご予約もうしばらくお待ちくださいませ。
