紅茶のフルコース

イギリス本場でのティーパーティでは１つのお茶を飲み続けるのがルールです。とはいっても、やはりたくさんの種類を飲まないと各茶葉の個性は覚えきれません・・・レッスンでは出来るだけ数多くの紅茶をお飲みいただきたいので、4-5種類は必ず体験できます。普段、自分ではチョイスしない紅茶もありますので、新しい発見が待っています。

レッスンでご用意しているフォートナム＆メイソンは10缶。5種類と考えるとパターンはたくさんあり、当日ご用意したスイーツとの相性を考えながら選ぶので、同じメーカーでもフルコース内容は毎回異なります。もちろん体調や嗜好の変化がありますので、いつも同じ紅茶が一番になるとも限りません。紅茶のフルコースは当サロンの特徴の１つ。自分だけのフルコースが見つけられたら、素敵ですね。

お土産のスペシャル缶。中身は通常のグリーン缶と同じです。
上段：ダージリン/アッサムMOHOKUTIE　各50g
下段：ロイヤルブレンド/アールグレイクラッシック/ブレックファースト　

上段：フォートメイソン/アッサム　各250g
下段：ジャスミン/ダージリン/アールグレイ　

Fortnum&Masonの次回のレッスンは、11/13（日）。フランスのマリアージュフレールが代名詞と言われると同時にイギリスのフォートナム＆メイソンも紅茶の世界では欠かせない存在です。4-5種類紅茶と一緒にサンドイッチorキッシュ+焼き菓子+生菓子と一緒にいただけるコースです。ご予約お待ちしております。
