イギリス土産にお勧めの紅茶

一昔前は手に入らない「LADY GREY」がお土産ブームでしたが、今日本にないのは「CHAI」です。前回ロンドンに行った際に、見つけた新商品。TWININGS Aromatics シリーズの「CHAI」。ティーバックはインディアンフレーバーでカルダモン・ジンジャー・シナモン・クローブズが入っています。ティーバックでこんなに美味しいチャイはないというほど、絶妙なバランスのお味です。

3年間通われている生徒さんにお願いしました。スーパー名は指定したものの、ロンドンでもどこでもあるわけでなく、一日探し廻ったそうです。私はピカデリーサーカス、今回はスイスコテージ。

いただくときに、力説されました。
「先生もアシスタントの皆様もティーバックですが、大切にしてください」

サロンでは日本で容易に手に入らないレア品も人脈や私の足で買ってきます。一緒に味わう方とその大切をもっともっと満喫しなければなりません。ハロウィンティーパーティでいただきましょう♪
