ノンカフェインの紅茶 ルイボスティー
寝る前にいただける紅茶、カフェインが弱い紅茶ありますか？とよく聞かれます。紅茶にもノンカフェインのものがいくつかあります。
代表的なものは、南アフリカのルイボスティー。初めて出会ったのは、当時、イギリスに住んでいるアメリカ人の旦那さまを持つシンガポール人の奥様宅。7歳のお子さんがいたこともあり、寝る前に必ず「ルイボスティー」を飲まれます。彼女はドイツの紅茶店オーナーである友人がおり、その方から送っていただいていました。とっても気にいったので、私も譲っていただいて大切に飲んでいましたが、今やパッケージのみ。今、サロンにあるのは、Haas＆Haasのルイボスティーです。
ルイボストフィー キャラメル入り
「ルイボスティー」は、赤いやぶの紅茶といわれ、赤い茶葉。美容と健康が気になる方、アトピーやアレルギーにも効くと言われていますが、各種健康茶は毎日飲み続ける事が大切だと思います。
